• Quiz responses — the answers you submit during the interactive assessment (available capital, weekly time, current skills, and income goal). These answers are used to generate your personalized blueprint.
• Email address — provided at checkout to deliver your PDF blueprint and order receipt.
• Payment metadata — order ID, purchase amount, and country. Full card details are handled exclusively by our payment processor and never touch our servers.
• Basic usage data — anonymized page views, device type, and referrer, used only to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate and deliver your personalized SideHustle Blueprint.
• To send your purchase receipt and provide customer support.
• To detect fraud and prevent abuse of the Service.
• To improve the quality of our content and product recommendations.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we process your personal data on the basis of (a) performance of a contract (delivering the product you purchased), (b) your consent (where applicable, e.g. marketing), and (c) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with the following categories of processors, strictly to operate the Service:

• Lemon Squeezy — Merchant of Record and payment processor for all purchases.
• Email delivery provider — to send purchase receipts and download links.
• Hosting & infrastructure — cloud providers used to run the Service.
• Legal authorities — only when required by applicable law.

5. Data Retention

Quiz responses are retained for up to 24 months in an aggregated form for product analytics. Order and billing records are retained for the period required by applicable tax law (typically 5–10 years). You may request earlier deletion where legally permitted.

6. International Transfers

Our processors may store or process data outside your country of residence. Where required, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
