Refund Policy

SideHustle Blueprint is a digital download product. The personalized PDF blueprint and the 14-day execution plan are delivered instantly after successful payment, which means the product is fully consumed at the moment of purchase.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK)

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) Art. 16(m) and equivalent UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once download or streaming has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. By clicking "Unlock Full Blueprint" and completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

2. General Rule: All Sales Are Final

Because you receive the full product immediately, all purchases are non-refundable except in the specific cases below.

3. When We Will Grant a Refund

• Technical failure — you paid but were unable to download or receive the PDF, and we could not resolve the delivery within a reasonable time.
• Duplicate charge — you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.
• Unauthorized payment — a payment was made without the cardholder's authorization (subject to verification).
• Where required by mandatory local consumer law in your jurisdiction.

4. When We Cannot Grant a Refund

• You changed your mind after downloading the blueprint.
• You did not achieve the results you expected. The blueprint is educational content; individual outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.
• You purchased in error but have already downloaded the file.
• Refund is requested more than 14 days after purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@dhdstudio.com within 14 days of your purchase, including:

• Your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt).
• The email address used at checkout.
• The reason for the refund request.

We review every request individually and typically respond within 3 business days.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

All payments for SideHustle Blueprint are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved directly and quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered digital products may be disputed with evidence of delivery and license acceptance.
