Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SideHustle Blueprint website, the personalized PDF blueprint, the 14-day execution plan, and any related content or resources (collectively, the "Service") provided by DHD Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Product

SideHustle Blueprint is a digital-only product delivered as a downloadable PDF blueprint together with a 14-day execution plan and supporting materials. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

2. License to the Buyer

Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the blueprint for your own personal, non-commercial use. All intellectual property in the Service — including text, structure, prompts, templates, and design — remains the sole property of DHD Studio.

You MAY:

  • Download and store the PDF for your personal use.
  • Apply the strategies and prompts to build your own side hustle.

You MAY NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or share the PDF or its contents with any third party.
  • Publish the blueprint (in whole or part) on any website, forum, torrent site, cloud drive, LMS, or social channel.
  • Use the blueprint, prompts, or templates to train, fine-tune, or build any AI/ML model or competing product.
  • Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable export, sanctions, or consumer protection laws.

Violation of this license terminates your rights immediately and may result in legal action.

3. Purchase, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, tax collection, invoicing, and fraud prevention on our behalf.

4. Delivery

The digital product is delivered instantly upon successful payment through the on-site download page and via the receipt email sent by Lemon Squeezy.

5. Refunds

Because the Service is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are limited. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

6. No Guarantees / Results Disclaimer

The blueprint describes strategies and frameworks that have worked for others. Individual results depend on your effort, skill, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific income, savings, business results, or outcomes. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.

7. Third-Party Tools

The blueprint may reference third-party tools, platforms, or services (e.g. AI models, publishing platforms, payment providers). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for safeguarding any download links or account credentials associated with your purchase. Do not share them.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to (a) attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any security feature of the Service, (b) interfere with the Service's operation, or (c) use automated tools to scrape or copy content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DHD STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DHD Studio harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms. Sections 2, 6, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the principal place of business of DHD Studio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
